The front desk service was efficient. Check-in happened fast. The room had a pod coffee machine. It included both still and sparkling water. The room had robes and slippers. I appreciated a shoe cleaning kit.

The television positioning was a bit awkward.

direct parking modern room speedy service

Parking is available directly below the hotel. Lifts offer easy access to the reception area. The room was cozy and modern. The mini bar was stocked well. A TV with many films available and speedy room service added to my convenience.

The room's air conditioning felt a bit weak. Maintaining a consistently cool temperature proved challenging.

i appreciated the staff attentiveness upon arrival. they took our bags to the room and showed us how everything worked. the room was beautiful with everything needed. the beds were comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious.

my room seemed poor value for money. it felt very small, noisy and far from the main hotel facilities. i had to cross under a busy courtyard to access the main building. my room was in an annex above a shopping area.

the room was clean. the location was close to the train station. the front office staff was friendly. he remembered me throughout my stay.

the room had a built-in table. this made moving around difficult. the lighting system was strange. i could not select individual lights. the toilet room had an opaque door.

The breakfast choice was very nice. It had something to suit everyone. The location is excellent. It is close to transport links. Staff were efficient and exceedingly helpful throughout the hotel.

Housekeeping service was erratic, with the room not made up until after 6 pm. Old towels and dishes were not removed, strange. The lighting system was also strange, with no ability to select individual lights.
